How do I place a trial order in an efficient way?
If you are looking for a new supplier for your mature hair line, we suggest you to share your samples or target price, and we can discuss to reach an agreement on the quality and price for a trail order. If you want to upgrade your present product line, or create new product line and colors, feel free to let us know your idea. We are always happy to share our creative thoughts and design with our clients to bring the idea to reality.
Do you supply packaging?
Yes. We source packaging for our clients from different professional suppliers. This helps us to control the general quality and lower down the general cost. We work closely with several printing suppliers here in Qingdao. Our suppliers are experienced and skillful across different fields. Based on our clients’ design and need, they print and make individualized packaging. For other accessories like combs, handbags for advertisement, tools and so on, we source for them from different channels. We usually source some representative samples for our clients’ options first and help them make decisions about bulk order. All those items will then be collected here in Qingdao and shipped out to our clients.
What' s your lead time?
For samples, around 7~14 days. For bulk order, around 25~40 days. The lead time usually varies within this time range, depending on the quantity in the order, the number of colors in the order, the amount of orders we received from other clients, and the time of the year (peak seasons are around fall, Christmas and Luna New Year). For every firm order, we give an accurate lead time of each parcel to our clients. Meanwhile, we assure that we will remind you in advance of our production schedule in peak seasons, so that you could arrange your orders and stock in the most comfortable way. For our loyal customers, we usually keep reasonable semi-finished products (bleached and dyed hair) in stock to help shorten the lead time or catch up with urgent orders.
What are your suggestions on shipping and insurance?
We are very experienced in shipping by sea and by air. We have collaborated closely with Express companies like FedEx and DHL for years, enjoying favorable freight and service. And we are very happy to share the favorable service with you to save your cost. On the other hand, if you have your own collect account, we are also open to ship hair with your account. We suggest you to cover the transportation insurance to protect the goods from any possible risks before arrival at your end. We have years of close collaboration with PICC, the most powerful insurance company in China. As we enjoy a favorable insurance premium at PICC, we are happy to help you to insure the parcel at our end to save your time.
How do you deal with quality issue?
We put a batch number on each piece of our product or its package to help trace the hair quality. We suggest you to inspect the hair quality upon the arrival of our goods. If you find any quality discrepancy out of the contract standard or approved sample between us, please let us know immediately by providing the batch number or contract number. We will take full responsibility of any quality discrepancy caused by our end by repairing the goods, replacing the goods, or giving refund if necessary. If you receive any complaints from your customers exceeding the reasonable tolerance, please provide us the batch number and feedback about the quality issue. Our team will analyze the cause and efficiently work out solutions for you.
